Fellow Jesters

It isn’t often that I get a chance to share something of importance with our group; so I’m taking this opportunity to do so.

The 51st playing of the Pacific Coast Doubles Squash Championships is just around the corner - scheduled to be played at the University Club and Olympic Club on the weekend of January 26-28, 2023.

In order to put on this venerable event, the tournament committee plans to fund the tourney from entry fees and is currently searching for sponsorship.  

In my lifetime, I’ve run my share of events and I know that an added source of funding could make this really a first-class event.

This is where we come into play.

I propose that the Jesters become generous Patrons of the Coast Championships.

The 2024 playing of the Pacific Coast Doubles Championships presented by the Jesters has a nice ring to it.

I believe the tourney will be a memorable five-star event with our help.

I am thinking that raising a round number of $5000.00  -  pledged from all of us is not too much of an ask.
